This page explains returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Accepted requests

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective goods, and exchanges are accepted when inventory permits. Non-defective reasons include a change of mind, personal preference, or selecting the wrong item. Damage, defects, wrong shipments, missing contents, or a material difference from the description also qualify for review.

Condition and timing

Eligible merchandise must be new, unused, and in original condition with its original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories. A request must begin within 30 days after delivery.

Mail return steps

Provide the order number, checkout email, and explanation. Damage, defects, wrong items, or missing pieces require photos or video of the product and packaging. Do not mail anything before authorization. The free return label is included in the parcel, and no restocking fee is charged.

Refunds and exchanges

After approval, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 days. Exchanges depend on available stock.
