Processing and transit

Usual order processing takes approximately 1–2 business days. After processing, estimated carrier transit or delivery takes 3–5 business days. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free shipping applies only when confirmed at checkout. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, email, and phone number. Tracking updates are provided when available.

Delivery issues

Weather, carrier disruption, restrictions, or address problems may delay a parcel. For a delayed, lost, marked-delivered, or damaged shipment, share the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and useful photos or video. Product and destination restrictions may apply.
